OFFER  is a pioneer philanthropic organization in India working, in a most innovative way, for the social, educational, cultural and financial uplift of the orphans, Destitute, Widows and skilled unemployed youths.

OFFER was established in 1998 primarily to serve destitute women and children. Since 1998, it has served to assist hundreds of orphans and their families in providing relief and welfare. In 2005, OFFER joined hands with Islamic Relief Worldwide and expanded its sector-wise and geographical reach to various parts of India. OFFER launched its activities in the field of Education, Health, Emergency Relief, Livelihoods, Microfinance and Sustainable Development.

At present, OFFER is the primary project partner of Islamic Relief Worldwide and has implemented over 20 projects across India in Gujarat, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, and Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

OFFER provides financial assistance to destitute children even as they remain in their homes under the care of their parents. this encourages the nurturing of the family unit while alleviating financial in security.

The beneficiaries are irrespective of race, caste, religion or gender. We work for the upliftment and betterment of the underprivileged, particularly Widows and Orphans.  

OFFER has implemented Islamic Relief’s seasonal feeding programs on a massive scale in India and continues to support 270 orphans under the Orphans 1-2-1 Sponsorship Program through its two offices in Calicut and Bangalore. This project involves sponsoring the most poor and needy orphans under the ‘Home Care’ model, as against orphanages. In this model, the orphans get to stay with the families and OFFER reaches out to them with the financial and program support of Islamic Relief, to provide them financial help, support and counselling. In this manner, we can proudly say that OFFER is the premier organization in India specialising in Orphans Home Care. Averaging at least 3 children per family, that means we are catering to a minimum of 800 orphans and a minimum of 250 widows and their families. This number keeps increasing by the day with more and more orphans being taken up by the Islamic Relief Orphans Program.
